When can I expect my items?

At the top of the page, it has the current turn around time. If you have a certain date you need the item by, please let me know before ordering.

Many pre-orders have longer dates of TAT, so please be aware of that when ordering.

Can I return or exchange items?

Our store specializes in custom monogrammed pieces and therefore all items are final sale. If you are unsure of sizing, please ask for a sizing chart, if one is not already provided.

Where are your pick-up locations?

How will I know when my order is ready for pick-up?

You will receive an email saying "Your order is complete!" - Please read the email for additional details. Also, be sure to check your spam if you are expecting an email already.

I want a different design other than what is shown, can I do that?
